What Quality are your products?

Our products are all new, authentic top quality from from luxury and designers brands. We sometimes have Ex- branded stocks which are all new too. We do not sell Returns!     

What exactly is Ex- branded Clothing?

These are fashion goods originally made for major  EU, UK, US and other top designers and branded high street chainstores who cancelled their order. The most common cause for cancellations is late delivery. Seeing that we have good connections with these companies, we can then offer them to our customers at deeply discounted prices than the original manufacturer's price.    

Why do you remove original labels  from some products?

Labels are removed only if we are authorised to do so by the brand owner. In this case the store labels are removed, cut or blacked out in accordance to requirements of the chainstores. This is in order to protect the intellectual rights of the original designer, high street chainstore and to prevent unauthorised store-returns. Labels are removed by the manufacturer or by ourselves before sale, however mistakes can happen and it is our customers' responsibility to ensure that all tags and original labels which can identify who the garment was made for are removed prior to sale! Goods that were originally made for chainstores or on-line high-street retailers are supplied under strict condition that all labels and tags are removed before resale and that no reference to the original store group is made when being offered for sale.

 In this case tags can't be displayed on our website as they are copyright and intellectual property of the manufacturer/original company/owner.

    What happens if one receives Ex-branded goods delivered with labels?

Please remove the labels if you receive such goods. Goods that were originally made for chainstores or on-line retailers are supplied under strict condition that all labels and tags are removed before resale and that no reference to the original store group is made when offered for sale. This is the responsibility of the purchaser of goods whose name or company appears on the sales invoice. As these goods are deeply discounted by us, we would appreciate  it if our customers BLACKOUT or REMOVE the labels.

     Are all your products Ex-branded?

NO. We mainly sell NEW authentic luxury and designer top quality branded fashion. Where we have not listed the item as ex- branded, they will be sold with labels (and tags where applicable).

    What trends/styles do you carry?

You, and /or your customers will love the hottest fashion we have on offer on all luxury, designer, leading brands and ex-branded clothing, shoes and accessories. Not only will you,your kids and/ or your customers look great, they will be assured of the highest quality clothing that are from designer and high street names for deeply discounted prices.

Tops, dresses, trousers, skirts, suits, play-suits, knitwears and coats are just a few of the luxury and designer brands, ex- branded and other high quality branded clothing, shoes and accessories.

We also supply also carry shoes and boots, plus sizes and special deals where you will find a variety of products at further discounted prices. You, your kids and /or customers can leave in their favourite luxury, designer and high street names, dressed for the occasion from head to toe for affordable prices.

   Can one use your images?

Yes we do allow our customers to use our images for the purpose of reselling the items.

What are your shipping charges?

Our shipping charges are 6 Euro's in the Republic of Ireland per order under 75 Euro's including VAT . Orders over 75 Euro's including VAT are delivered FREE of CHARGE. Please check our international shipping charges on our website

  How often do you receive new stocks?

Product lines are changed on a daily basis to include the seasons most hottest fashions. Keep up to date with quality ladies,gents and kids fashions, and sign up for our newsletter with fantastic sale announcements.

All orders placed before 1pm are delivered next day with no minimum order value. Orders over 75 Euro's are delivered free of charge. Please check our shipping charges section on our website for  other countries

  Do you sell seconds and/or returns?

All of our products are brand new, authentic perfect Grade A stock. 

 What if I change my mind or if I am not happy with my order, Can I cancel or return it?

Designerbrands-outlet.com /Budgetbrandsoutlet.com offers a 'No Quibble" 14 Day returns policy on all purchases.

Our 14 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. Customers must pay return charges.

We will not refund items that are returned without the full original label, tags and /or ratio (unless the items are faulty). For retail customers we will, at our discretion, charge a 5% restocking fee for items returned unless the items are faulty or incorrectly sent.

For bulk and trade customers we will charge a 10% restocking fee. Regular bulk/ trade customers with whom we have a good working relationship will not be charged a 10% restocking fee.

   What about shortages & damages?

Every order is quality controlled and checked by us to ensure there are no shortages or damages. By signing your delivery note you are agreeing that the correct amount has been delivered. 

In the rare occasion that there is a missing item (or items) in your delivery, please notify us immediately in writing (email) on customercare@designerbrands-outlet.com and we will do our best to replace or refund the missing item (or items). 


We will not accept any claim for missing items if you notify us after 3 days from delivery.

If you have any damaged items please notify us within 3 days of delivery

What happens if I receive a faulty item?

If any item has a fault, we will then exchange it free of charge or provide a credit, or refund if the item is no longer available upon receipt of the faulty item. 

 What is your minimum order requirement?

We do not have a minimum order for retail customers, but we do have a mininum order for bulk and trade buyers, which is 99 Euro's Ex VAT.  Please contact us on sales@designerbrands-outlet.com if you are looking for trade purchases. Trade customers could also Mix and Match items to amount to our minimum order value of 99 Euro Ex VAT

    Do you ship to all countries?

    Is VAT included?

No VAT for retail customers. Trade Customers will be charged VAT at the rate of 23%  
No VAT is payable on children's wear. Trade customers should fill in the form on our wesite, email us or call us. 

  What forms of payment do you accept?

Our website is highly secure for customers cards details to be protected. Retail Customers can pay by PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards. We accept all major Credit Cards. No PayPal account is needed. For those who don't have a PayPal account, just use your email address during checkout.

 Trade Customers can pay by PayPal, Credit/Debit Cards, and by direct payment to our bank account which will be provided after order confirmation.

 For Trade customers, only after we receive cleared funds in our account. When paying by Credit or debit cards and bank account, please make sure that your details are correct to prevent late deliveries etc. 

If bank transfer funds are not received within a week, the order is automatically deleted from the system.

   How soon will I receive my order?

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1 working day. We will notify you when we have dispatched your order. We send our goods to Republic of Ireland customers on a next day delivery service which means you should receive them before 6pm a day after dispatch.

   Are your goods cheaper if one buys bulk?

Yes. If you require more than 30 pcs of products please email us on;

  Do you have a showroom and can one visit your showroom?

Yes you can visit during office hours, but please call to make appointment before you come.
